In order to apply for your voucher, you will need to call Senior Services at 856-858-3220 to make an appointment. Once you’ve made your appointment, you will be asked to come to 512 Lakeland Rd., in Blackwood. You will need to bring your identification card, a copy of your Social Security statement, and a copy of your Pension statement. Please call today to make your appointment.
